Chase County boys now 7-2 on season
The Longhorns had two big wins last week against Dundy Co. Stratton (DCS) and Kimball.

The Longhorn basketball team raised their record to 5-2 last weekend at the Cabela’s Holiday Shootout.
Chase County had to settle for third place in last week’s Cabela’s Holiday Shootout Basketball Tournament.
Chase County’s wrestlers closed out their pre-Christmas schedule with a pair of duals Tuesday Dec. 18, followed by the make-up tourney at Broken Bow.
The last-day-of-school trenchball tourney at CCS again was full of competitive matches. The junior boys won this year’s battle held last Thursday, while the freshman boys were second.
