Imperial retains certified community status

Imperial has retained status for another five years as an Economic Development Certified Community (EDCC) with the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED).

Brenda Thayer repeats as eighth annual ‘Images of Nebraska’ photo contest winner

    The eighth annual “Images of Nebraska” photo contest sponsored by the Chase County Hospital Foundation was deemed a successful event, according to Steve Lewis, director of the Foundation.

Drivers need to keep safety in mind as school nears

 Another year of classes at Chase County Schools (CCS)start Wednesday, Aug. 23, and motorists are urged to drive carefully and always be watchful of children on the street.
