Hot Dog Days a hit despite heat
Three hundred hot dogs were served last Thursday at the Imperial Chamber of Commerce Hot Dog Days, an event the Chambers hosts each summer to thank residents for their patronage.

Some new faces at Zion Lutheran Church are Vicar James Peterson, his wife Michela and 13 month old daughter, Charissa. They are expecting a second child in December.

There were some worried county and historical society officials Sunday, but it was all for naught as the information sign at the southeast edge of Champion Lake wasn’t stolen after all.
