Wheat harvest finally getting underway

    Normally by this time in July, wheat harvest would be history. That’s not the case this year.
    Calling it an unusual year would be an understatement.

Local man to display antique milking machine at thresher show in Kansas

    The Tri-State Antique Engine and Thresher Association is hosting its 66th annual thresher show, “Red Power on the High Plains.” The event will be in Bird City, Kansas, July 25-27.
