Longhorns perform well at state track

With a District C-9 championship under their belts, the Longhorns sent 14 athletes—15 including the relay alternate—to the state track meet at Burke Stadium in Omaha Friday and Saturday.

Boys’ track wins districts, will send 14 athletes to state

The Longhorn track team took the District C-9 team title last Thursday in Bayard, as well as qualifying multiple athletes for the state meet.

Sixth straight district title sending 13 Lady Longhorn athletes to state

    Looking at the final team scoring, there was nothing “lucky” about Chase County qualifying 13 girls for the state high school track meet.

Boys track team pulls a 4-peat at SPVA meet

With another SPVA win under their belt, boys track seniors have won the SPVA track meet every year of their high school career.
In 2015, the boys lost the SPVA title by four points.
