Two others receive honorable mention

Five Longhorns received all-district football honors from the C2-10 coaches. Two others received honorable mention.
The all-district team was released this week.
Longhorns named to the all-district team included senior lineman Tyler Roenfeldt, junior lineman and linebacker Tanner Stromberger, junior end and linebacker Daniel Regier, junior quarterback and cornerback Alex Strand and freshman back Michael May.
Junior lineman Daniel Hogsett and junior back Paul Gaschler received honorable mention.
Sutherland placed the most players on the list with six all-district and two honorable mention players.
Chase County followed with five all-district and two honorable mention players. May was the only freshman named to the all-district team.
