Ursula, (Joslyn Kimble), convinces King Triton, (Andrew Wiest), to trade his trident for Ariel’s, (Navy Havel), freedom. Holding Ariel are Jetsam and Flotsam, (Ashlyn and Dylan Heermann), while Sebastian, (Beau Weiss), and Flounder, (Tessa Smith), try to convince King Triton not to give up the trident.

At the conclusion of the early performance on Saturday, the full cast filled the stage to take their bows and receive their recognition from the crowd.
CCS musical, The Little Mermaid Jr presented over weekend
The play production of The Little Mermaid Jr was presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI) in the auditorium on Saturday and Sunday, April 13, 14. There were two shows on Saturday and one on Sunday.
The production crew consisted of Director, David Rushing, Assistant Jodie Liess, Backstage, Agnes Strand and projectionists, Zach Herbert and George Colton.
Costumes where supplied by North Platte Community Theatre and The Imperial Players.
Many of the students played more than one character in the show.
The cast of characters, in order of appearance is: Pilot; Zach Herbert, Sailors; Alexa Alarcon, Alan Ayala, Brittany Ayala, Jonny Coon, Bryan Martinez, Emily Randall, Marley Randall, Sandra Sanchez and Kyson Vogt.

The play production was put together and performed very professionally.
