The Dale Lingo Memorial Trap Shoot was held on Sunday, October 20 at the Plainsmen Trap Club at Robert Grams’ farm.

Chase County expects top seed in C1-11 subdistricts
It’s been a pretty good past few weeks for Chase County volleyball.

Chase County reclaims SPVA Conference volleyball title
After a runner-up finish last year, Chase County reclaimed the SPVA Conference volleyball title Saturday.

Longhorns 3-0 in district with 39-14 win over Sidney
The Sidney Red Raiders nearly erased the Chase County Longhorns’ three-touchdown lead Friday night, pulling within a score before the Longhorns put the game away.

Girls’ team makes cut for state
By a slim four points at the district meet, Chase County’s girls edged Sidney for third place, assuring them a trip to the Class C State Meet this Friday.
