Chase County added three more wins on the volleyball court last week. CCS improved to 10-11 on the season with wins over Perkins County, Sutherland and Maxwell, while falling to Gothenburg.

Senior Hope Brosius suited up as libero for Chase County during the triangular against Dundy County-Stratton and St. Francis. Brosius led the Lady Longhorns with five digs and seven serve receives against DCS and had 17 digs and 18 serve receives against the Indians.
The Chase County volleyball team celebrated a 4-1 week and will look to continue its winning ways with three triangulars.
The end of the season is quickly approaching for the Chase County softball team.
Going into last Friday’s game, Longhorn Head Coach Nathan Gaswick felt the Valentine Badgers mirrored the Longhorns in a lot of ways.
