Musicians bring home a dozen Best of Conference awards

    Chase County Schools’ vocalists and instrumentalists made their presence known last week at the SPVA Conference Music Contest in Sutherland.

Perkins County reigns in SPVA Quiz Bowl contest

    Perkins County owns the title as 2018 SPVA Conference Quiz Bowl champions earned at the contest held in Imperial last Thursday.

Mock crash drill was effective, impactful

    One sophomore at Chase County Schools said she was struck by how much alcohol can influence driving.
    Another said she was impacted by the serious injuries.
