Markee continues leukemia treatment in Denver
Harley Markee, a sixth grader at Chase County Schools and the daughter of Brad Markee and Melissa Markee, was diagnosed with leukemia in September.
Bloodmobile scheduled for November
The American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be having their fall blood drive at Chase County Schools’ (CCS) auxiliary gym on Nov. 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Hospital, clinic respond to active shooter drill
Chase County Community Hospital (CCCH) and Clinic performed an annual drill Oct. 23 where the scenario involved an active shooter on site.
