Candidates met with the public last week for a forum at Chase County Schools.
With approval from the Nebraska Crime Commission, the Chase County Commissioners signed the necessary paper work for a six-county juvenile diversion program at the Oct.
With Election Day less than two weeks away, people who haven’t registered to vote have until Friday to do so.
The deadline for in-person registration is 6 p.m. Friday evening.
