The city crews have all of the old black-top torn out of the old parking lot, south of the city office. This has prompted the Chase County Food Pantry, which previously entered through the south doors, to restructure it’s hours and entrance. The pantry will now be open from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. only. There will be no evening hours. The new entrance for patrons will be through the customer entrance of the City Office, located on the west side of the building at 740 Court Street, in Imperial Ne. This change will stay in effect until construction is completed.
