Several Chase County High School students traveled to McCook for the Southwest Nebraska High School Rodeo on April 20 and 21.

After several months of work, the various improvements and additions being made to the Wauneta-Palisade School building in Wauneta are nearly done.

    On April 18, the Nebraska Jail Standards held their annual jail conference in Kearney, Nebraska.

Ray Murillo threw a personal best and was Chase County’s top finisher at SPVA with third place in the shot put.

The finish line of the regular season is in sight for the Chase County boys track team.

    Chase County golfers took the title at the Garden County Invite April 23, with a score of 352, seven strokes ahead of  second place Dundy County.
