Louise ‘Lou’ Glinkman - June 03, 2010
She enjoyed travelling, fishing with her husband and crafts. She retired in 1987 at Norgrens in Littleton, Colo. She was a friend to all and anyone who met Lou loved her. She lived in Champion for the past three years.
She is preceded in death by husband, Lou Glinkman; brother, Frank Cinque; son, Ron Nickerson; infant son, Norm Sanders.
She is survived by sons, Robert Nickerson, Colorado; Chuck Sanders, Florida; Tom Sanders, Grand Island, Neb.; daughter, Tinker Raasch and husband, Larry, of Champion; grandchildren, Troy Nickerson and wife, Gwen, Lakewood, Colo., Cory Sanders of Florida, Ginger Barnard of Imperial; greatgrandchildren, Carson Nickerson, Breeze Ivarson, Tyler Barnard; sister, Josephine Lowell of Rego Park, NY and two nieces of New York.
Graveside service will be held at the Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd, Denver, Colo. 80235, Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 11 a.m.
Flowers are to be directed to Fort Logan National Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in Lou’s name.
