| Chemigation certification training scheduled in Southwest 4 counties |

Chemigators needing to get initially certified or to re-certify their chemigation licenses can attend workshops close to home in March and April. Two workshops have been schedule in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Extension’s Southwest 4 Counties. If you plan to become certified or need to be re-certified, please plan to attend one of the sessions listed. On the day of the training session, bring your chemigation notebook (for re-certification) and a calculator along to use during the training. If you do not have your old notebook and would like another copy, the cost for a replacement will be $5. Please review of the material in your notebook prior to the training session. Training and testing will take approximately three hours. Fees for the training will be: Initial certification—$20. Re-certification—$15. Retesting—no charge. Workshops in the SW 4 counties will be: Feb. 10—1:30 MT, Imperial fairgrounds. Feb. 12—1:30 CT, Stratton Grandview Retirement Center.
