Four CCS sophomores selected for Honor Choir USA

Four CCS sophomores have been selected to perform with Honor Choir USA this summer. Navy Havel, Tessa Smith, Beau Weiss and Anna Aragon will join other high school students from across the country for a full week of rehearsals and performances. They will travel to Honolulu, Hawaii in June and perform at Pearl Harbor, the Polynesian Culture Center Amphitheater and other local churches and stages. In order to help defray some of their travel expenses they are hosting a “Lip Sync Battle and Talent Show Contest.” The event will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, at the Wellington Gym. The event is open to the public and everyone is welcome to join in the competition or just come and watch. The Beverage Barn and Night Sounds Entertainment will be onsite to entertain following the contest. Food will also be available.
