In last week’s Imperial Republican, the newspaper staff reported on its rankings of top news stories of 2018. It’s an annual task the staff does each January as a new year unfolds.
With 2018 now behind us, we can take stock of the positive events as well as those that weren’t so positive. Plus, we can put in the past those things we didn’t like about 2018.
Often in life, there are things that have to get done and no one seems to be willing to take care of them. Or, if they do, complaints and whining come with it.
During the Advent Season, we focus on the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. But the sermon at my church Sunday took an interesting twist about the coming of the Lord.
