Longhorn cross country teams third in SPVA

Chase County’s cross country teams each finished third in the SPVA meet held at Grant’s Pheasant Run Golf Course Thursday, Oct. 5.

Softball team goes 1-2 in district play

Chase County’s softball team picked up one of its four wins of the season in district play last week in Chadron.

Road trip to Gordon yields 40-12 victory

The four-hour bus trip to Gordon didn’t bother the Chase County Longhorns Friday.
“They came ready to play,” Coach Dan Lenners said.
