Softball team in Chadron for districts this week

Despite a 1-2 record in volleyball matches last week, the Chase County JVs still maintain a record above .500.
As the team entered competition this week, they held a 5-4 record.

Twice the Chase County Longhorns trailed the Ogallala Indians by two touchdowns and twice they brought it back to within a score.
In a week that included a match against a Class B opponent, a triangular and an eight-team tournament, Chase County’s varsity volleyball team was kept on its toes.

Chase County’s cross country girls claimed another title last week, winning the Dundy County Stratton Invitational. The boys finished second.
