Upset was the word of the day for the Chase County volleyball team, as it toppled three higher seeded teams to claim the SPVA Conference championship.

For seniors Will Kuenne and Kaley Hauxwell, four years of dedicated training will culminate when they compete in their final state cross country meet Friday.
The one-win Minden Whippets proved to be no match for the Chase County Longhorns who rolled to a 56-13 win in action there Friday night.
Mitchell showed they had the ability to score with 37 points against Kearney Catholic the week before coming to Imperial.
