On May 22, members of the Silver Spurs 4-H Club, as their Community Service, planted flowers at the Veterans Memorial. We were honored to have Bob Thomas visit the Club while the members were planting. The members were able to ask him questions about his service in the Navy. Silver Spurs 4-H Club donates the pots and flowers on an annual basis to Honor our Local Veterans for their Service to protect our Country and Freedom. Those present from left to right, Ashlynn Pursley, Lexi Stanley, Hayden Fowler, Hayden Worth, Lily Kuenning, Bob Thomas, Emma Stanley, Heidi Johnson, Brooks Stanley, Grady Fowler along with Leaders Gene and Tracy Heathers and Susan Spicer.
