Sometimes, when a community gets after a fundraising project, it really gets after it.
Early this week, the top lift, or second layer, of asphalt was finished on the Spur 15A road project between Imperial and Champion.
Based on the phone calls and inquiries he’s received, the Enders Lake Recreation Area’s superintendent expects to be kept on his toes.
It’s been a team effort the past 10 years, according to one Mercy Meals board member as she looks forward to a decade of service.
