Starting at 5 p.m. Sunday, the Dollar General store in Imperial closed for a four-day remodeling project. Facelift at Dollar General to be finished Thursday

Couple’s business offers customized body care products

    Kristin and Kurt Schueler of Lamar started a customized body care business out of their home about four years ago.

Walrod retires from Nebraska Department of Transportation

    Ray Walrod, highway maintenance superintendant, retired from the Nebraska Department of Transportation after 45 years, or as he put it, “44 years, five months and 25 days.”
