Imperial took the title in the girls fifth and sixth grade division when they won by 10 over Smith Center, Kansas. Members of the team are: (l-r) Coach Derek Russell, Eris Stolz, Briella Exum, Ari Wenzlick, Emmie Beemer, Hadley Worth, Mylah Aeby, Quinn Spady, Lily Kuenning, Becka Reeves, Millie Russell, Anna McNair.

    Saturday in Imperial, 16 teams competed in a fourth thru sixth grade basketball tournament held in all three gymnasiums at CCS.

    Head wrestling coach, Matt Vlasin was surprised when he ended up with six wrestlers on the first year girls team.
