The Chase County boys’ basketball team ran into a pair of offensive minded opponents last week, starting with Class B Sidney Friday and ending at Class C1 #5 Ogallala Saturday.
The Chase County girls’ basketball team’s record evened to 2-2 last week after losses to Sidney and Ogallala.
With Southern Valley being a big tournament with new opponents, Wauneta-Palisade wrestling coach Danny Schluckebier said the tournament can be a punch in the gut or a pat on the back.
