The Chase County FCCLA chapter attended the District 11 District Leadership Conference Oct. 20 at McCook CC.
CCS won all three events at the competition.

First year teacher, Haley Hixson, teaches first grade and is the junior high head volleyball coach at CCS.
Haley Hixson began her first year of teaching this fall at Chase County Schools, bringing with her some fresh ideas to share with her students.
Tryouts have been held and the cast is being finalized for Chase County Schools’ one-act play.

Mehlin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in art education K-12 from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in May.
