At Owens True Value on Highway 61, just east of Imperial, it was easy to see the thick blanket of snow that covered everything.
Thankfully there wasn’t much wind associated with the snow on Tuesday Feb. 11, so it didn’t do much drifting. This measuring stick was in the snow atop the dumpster behind the newspaper Wednesday morning, showing nearly six inches.
