Manor, Parkview-Heights taking more steps to keep its residents safe
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) ramps up across the country and state, Imperial Manor and Parkview-Heights is taking extra steps to keep residents safe.

As of Tuesday afternoon, March 24, a total of 61 cases have been confirmed in Nebraska in 13 different counties spread throughout the state. Citizens are being asked to limit groups, wash hands often and practice social distancing.

Hospital experiencing no supply shortages for now
While officials nationwide are worried about a shortage of ventilators that may be needed by coronavirus patients, that doesn’t appear to be a problem in this area.
County, city sign declarations of emergency
While Chase County is currently not under any state-mandated Directed Health Measure (DHM), both the county and the city of Imperial signed declarations of emergency.
