New Broadway crossing signal gets city okay
A new flashing pedestrian crossing signal will be installed at 9th and Broadway Streets after Monday’s action by the Imperial city council.

New five-year NRD rules go into effect next month
Board members of the Upper Republican NRD approved the district’s water rules for the next five years.
The action came at Tuesday’s regular board meeting on an 11-0 vote.

City Square grant comes through; Imperial nets $562,000 for project
It couldn’t have been more timely.
On Monday, 5th and 6th graders at Chase County Schools presented a $700 check to the city to support its City Square development project.

Like a lot of outside projects, the past few months of weather have played havoc with progress.
