CCS advances to SPVA semis
After starting off last week with a win over Southern Valley, the Chase County boys’ basketball team headed into the SPVA tournament with losses to Perkins County and Gothenburg.
After starting off last week with a win over Southern Valley, the Chase County boys’ basketball team headed into the SPVA tournament with losses to Perkins County and Gothenburg.
With the weekend’s Chase County Quadrangular and CCS Invitational behind them, the Wauneta-Palisade wrestling team can look forward to taking on the RPAC Friday at Alma.
The Chase County girls’ basketball team started the SPVA tournament off right Monday night with a 55-21 win over Kimball.
Wauneta-Palisade fell in boys’ basketball action last week to Perkins County and Garden County.
WP hosted the 9-3 Plainsmen Friday evening.
Despite missing wrestlers at 113, 170, 195 and 285 pounds, the Chase County wrestling team placed fifth at Saturday’s Garden County Invite.
