W/P advances to finals in volleyball

    Thursday, Oct 23, the Broncos Volleyball Team hosted the Arthur Wolves, for the final match of the regular season. The Lady Broncos took care of business, sweeping the Wolves, 25-18, 25-12 and 25-13, giving the Broncos some momentum going into sub-district play.
    In the first round of sub-districts, the Broncos faced Sutherland on Monday, Oct. 27. The Broncos kept the momentum going, ending Sutherland’s season in straight sets, 25-10, 25-13 and 25-10.
    That advanced the Broncos, (19-11), to the sub-district finals to face Morrill (24-3). Morrill advanced by beating Bayard 3-0. Results of this game will be published in next weeks edition of the Republican.
