Silver Spurs hosts 4-H horse show in Imperial
Silver Spurs 4-H Club hosted its annual horse show June 29. Twenty-three contestants participated in events throughout the day.
High point winners for the day were:
Junior I: Caden Rhoades
Junior II: Ashley Robertson
Intermediate: Paige Hoetting
Senior: Tom Moss.
The high point prizes, which were grooming bags, were sponsored by Overhead Door Specialist (Trent & Jodi Spady). Other prizes were donated by Frenchman Valley Coop, Rob-See-Co (Dave Oxford) and Silver Spurs 4-H families.
The Tri-County Horse Show winners were also announced that day. This was a combination of points in which the contestants had to ride in two of the three following shows: Boots & Saddle 4-H Horse Show, Ogallala; Trail Riders 4-H Horse Show, Grant; and the Silver Spurs 4-H Horse Show, Imperial.
