Ottos win Senior Couples Scramble at Enders Course

    Enders Lake Golf Course hosted its annual Couples Scramble Thursday, Sept. 12 The tournament included 21 teams at play.
    At the end of play the team of Jeff and Yvonne Otto of Haxtun, Colorado, who shot two rounds of 36, were tied with Doug and Becky Carmen, who shot rounds of 37 and 35, for scores of 72.
    The Ottos went on to win in a sudden death playoff on hole two.

Second Flight—1. Craig and Evonne Poppe, 40+36=76; 2 (T). Pete and Katy Brophy, 40+38=78; Gary and Rhonda Wright, 40+38=78.
Third Flight—1. John and Pat Davis, 43+37=80; 2. Ted and Jen Mashek, 41+40=81; 3. Lanny and Barb Noble, 41+42=83.
