More wins chalked up by JV girls; C team splits final two

With just one game left on the schedule, Chase County’s JV girls are sporting a 12-2 record after two more wins last week.
It’s been almost two months since the JVs have lost. Their only two losses have been to Sidney and Ogallala on Dec. 13 and 14.
They’ve won 10 straight including last week’s victories over North Platte St. Pat’s and Yuma, Colorado.
In Friday’s game in North Platte, Chase County took a slim 20-19 in two quarters of play.
Scoring for Chase County JVs were Hope Brosius 6, Giselle Acuna 5, Kora Weiss 4, Ali McNair 3 and Lucy Spady 2.
