Longhorns finish with winning 16-6 season

The Longhorn boys’ basketball team started the 2018-19 season with the loss of only one starter to graduation.
The majority of the starters for this season had been playing as a core group for awhile, so they were able build on that already solid team dynamic.
“We’re taking steps in the right direction,” Head Coach Chris Bartels said. “Last year we were 11-12, this year we were 16-6.”
A winning record like that is nothing to be ashamed of, Bartels added.
“We’re going to see some really fun and exciting things in the future,” Bartels said.
