JV girls split with Yuma, St. Pat’s

    Chase County’s JV girls suffered their first loss since early December last Friday, but still held onto an 11-3 record through last week.
    After picking up a dominating win at Yuma, Colorado Jan. 29, North Platte St. Pat’s handed the Lady Longhorns a defeat Friday in Chase County’s last home game.
    At Yuma, Chase County had a strong start, outscoring their hosts 15-4 in the first quarter before finishing with a 35-19 win.
    On the board for Chase County were Alexis Richmond 9, Jordan Jablonski 8, Madison Schuller 5, Morgan Peterson 4, Kambree Meeske 4, Kora Weiss 2, Hannah Meeske 2 and Kendall Prior 1.
