JV boys split games in weekend action

The Longhorn JV team picked up a win against Sidney and a loss to Ogallala last weekend, bringing their record to 3-1.
Sidney
The Longhorn JVs traveled to Sidney Friday, where they came home with a 57-42 win.
Seven of the 11 Longhorns on the roster contributed to the 57 points.
Leading that pack was sophomore Ryan Bernhardt with 13 points.
Also scoring were Kade Anderson, Brandon Mintling, Keenan Cole, Clay Meeske, Tysen Lempke and Jake German.

Ogallala
The Longhorns hosted the Indians Saturday, where Chase County fell 47-49.
Bernhardt led offensively again with 15 points.
Also scoring against Ogallala were Colin O’Neil, Nikolas Rau, Anderson, Mintling, Meeske, German and Cole.
