Imperial 1 adds two more wins

The Imperial 1 pee wee team collected two more big wins last week against Imperial 2, 14-2, and Ogallala 2, 9-1.
Imperial 1 had a 5-1 record before their final game of the season Wednesday against Ogallala 3.
During a rain-out game against Imperial 2 on July 15, Imperial 1 set the stage early in the first inning.
Imperial 1 scored on a single by Gavin Wisnieski, a single by Kaden Vogt and a single by Tucker Mollendor.
Wisnieski was on the mound for Imperial 1. He surrendered two runs on three hits over four innings. He also struck out seven batters.
Imperial 1 tallied nine hits on the night and no errors.
Luis Co and Vogt each had multiple hits. Also racking up hits were Camron Lempke, Wisnieski, Carson Terryberry, George Colton and Mollendor.
A big third inning gave Imperial the win against Ogallala 2 Friday.
Thomas Reeves, Co, Wisnieski and Terryberry took part in the big inning, scoring five runs.
The rally was led by walks by Co and Wisnieski and singles by Reeves and Terryberry.
Lempke earned the win for Imperial 1. He pitched five innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out six.
Imperial 1 racked up 12 hits against Ogallala 2. Terryberry, Co, Lempke and Reeves all managed multiple hits.
Terryberry led with three hits in three at-bats. Imperial 1 finished another game without errors.
