Allison Owings playing in McCook annual all-star volleyball contest

    McCook Community College (MCC) will host the third  annual Wild West All-Star Volleyball Game on Saturday, June 22.
    Chase County Schools 2019 graduate Allison Owings will play on the West Team in the annual all-star battle formerly known as the Sertoma Classic.
    The game will be played at 3 p.m. CT in the Peter and Dolores Graff Events Center on the MCC campus.
    The West squad has a distinct MCC flavor in its coaches with 2018 graduate Dylann Bylund of Colorado Springs as head coach. She will be assisted by another 2018 MCC grad in Sidney Kizer of Northglenn, Colorado.
    The East Team will be coached by Athena Messinger and Nick Nothnagel, assistant.
