Nine students in Lincoln for FBLA convention

    Nine Chase County Schools (CCS) high school students will be attending the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) convention this week.
    Sandy O’Neil, FBLA adviser, said the convention is scheduled today (Thursday) through Saturday.
    “Seniors Kalen Wallin, Landis Beverly, Evan Fisher and Kadin Vrbas will be competing in the job interview contest with Beverly also competing in Impromptu Speaking,” said O’Neil.
    Five underclassmen will be attending seminars and watching performance events.
    They are freshmen Brice Vitosh, Ella O’Neil and Kendra Burke; sophomore Mason Nordhausen and junior Riley Owens.
    All nine students will be taking tests while there, she said.
