Longtime CCS volleyball coach Jodie Schuller resigns

Other resignations include Todd Westover, Crystal Peterson

After 24 years at Chase County Schools, Jodie Schuller will be leaving the district at the end of the school year.
Hers was one of three resignations from school positions in the past few weeks.
At their meeting Tuesday night, the CCS board of education also approved a resignation from Todd Westover, who directs the school’s alternative ed. program. He also monitors students who are taking online courses, according to 7-12 Principal Jon Lechtenberg.
While hers was not an agenda item, Crystal Peterson has also resigned as head of payroll/HR in the school’s business office.
Schuller reached her 400th career volleyball win last season, and has been the Lady Longhorn head volleyball coach since 1996. She first started teaching physical education at CCS in the 1995-96 school year, when she was an asst. high school volleyball coach.
