Kindergartners assure Santa they’ve been good this year

    Toy trucks, Barbie dolls, winter clothing and even a hamster are on the list of Christmas wishes in Mary Fortkamp’s kindergarten class at Chase County Schools.
    Nearly every student assured Santa they’ve been good this year, but maybe one was a little more honest, writing, “I haven’t been good all the time, but I try really hard.”
    One student in the class is a definite Frozen movie fan, as she asked for Elsa shoes, an Elsa magic wand and an Elsa doll house.
    Here are all the kindergartners’ requests in the Fortkamp classroom.
Dear Santa:
I have been so good this year! I want a rubber-band gun, a hot wheels race track and cars, and a Semi with a trailer that holds cars. I also need new shorts. Thank you for all the toys you give to everyone!
Levi

I want Twinkle the Elf, Twinkle the Elf’s little brother, Twinkle’s little deer that she rides on Santa, and a hamster. I need some snow stuff like snow boots, snow pants, and snow gloves. I have been good this year. I know that my sisters are sometimes mean, but I am not.
Piper

I have been so good this year! I want Elsa shoes, an Elsa magic wand, and an Elsa dollhouse. I need some Elsa underwear, too. I love you, Santa.

I have been good this year! I want a hoverboard, a soccer ball, and a toy motorcycle. Please, please, bring me these toys. And, I need new shoes. Thank you, Santa!

I have been good this year. I want a transformer that turns into a Jeep and a transformer that turns into a plane, and nothing else. I need new shoes.

I have been SO good this year! I want a hot-wheels car that I can ride and drive my friends around in, an I-Pad, Optimus Prime, and a kid’s board-game like Hungry Hippos. I also need some new pajamas. Santa, how do your elves work so fast?

I have been good this year. I want a barbie that makes play-doh cake, a barbie that has two dogs, a newspaper, a food dish, and a water dish. I also want a plane that you can put a doll in, turn it into a house, put it back together and then it can fly. (It’s probably an LOL doll.) Santa, how do your deer fly?

I want a doll that can talk and close her eyes, a baby-doll, a globe, and a princess Belle necklace. I need some socks, too. Santa, so, I haven’t been very good, but please still send me some toys.

I have been good this year! I want an Elsa wand, a barbie house with an elevator, and an Elsa doll that also has a horse (from Frozen 2.) I also could use a jacket because my old one is broken. I love you.

I want a toy spider, a transformer that changes into a rocket, a toy Monster Truck, and a Hot Wheels race track. I need some new underwear, too. Santa, I am being really good! I hope you are proud of me!

I want a toy pickup that holds cars on a trailer, a toy corn trailer that you put on a Semi that you use in the field with a tractor. Can I have a toy tractor too? And, could you also bring me a shop to store them all in? I haven’t been very good, but could you bring me some toys anyway? And, I think it’s funny that you go down chimneys.

I have been good this year. I would like a painting set, a new kid’s table that I could do experiments at and draw and paint at, and paintbrushes. I really could use some underwear with flowers on them, too. Thank you and thank you for being nice.

I want a blue scooter, some magic trolls, some cars, and I would love to be able to take a family picture with my family, do you know any photographers? I also need some new pajamas. I love you, Santa!

I haven’t been good all the time, Santa, but I try really hard. I want a furry book, a dog that moves, and an Elsa doll. And I need some pajamas, too. Santa, don’t worry, I will lay cookies and milk out for you. You are awesome!

I have been good this year! I want a transformer that turns into a pick-up, a transformer that turns into a helicopter, an Optimus Prime transformer, and a matchbox car set. Santa, I could really use some new glasses. Thank you for all the toys and Happy Christmas!
