Chase County cheerleaders attend state competition

    The 12th Annual State Cheer and Dance Competition was held in Grand Island last weekend.
    This was the fourth year Chase County Schools’ (CCS) cheerleaders attended, said Amanda Kimble, cheer team head coach.
    “This was the first year our team competed in the C-1 Game Day Division, which is the only cheer division in which schools with coaches holding an AACCA National Safety Certification can stunt,” she added.
