CCS Prom court announced

The Prom court at Chase County Schools for “This is it! Prom 2019” includes, front from left, queen candidates Taylor Williams, Katelyn Leibhart and Macy Coleman and, back from left, king candidates Scott Wheeler, Evan Fisher and Kalen Wallin. The theme for the prom was inspired by the song “This is it” by Scotty McCreery and will have a “rustic elegance” style. Prom will be held Saturday in the Longhorn gym. The promenade will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the crowning immediately following the promenade. Both are open to the public. Doors will open at 5:10 p.m., with the south side of the gym available for public seating. (Johnson Publications photo)
