Mary Dreiling

Mary Dreiling was born Dec. 1, 1926, to Clemens and Rosa (Dechant) Stadler in Ellis, Kansas. As a youngster, she lived in Kansas for a short time before moving with her family to Frederick, Colorado, where she grew up and attended school.
Mary married Christian L. Dreiling on Feb. 4, 1948, in Frederick, Colorado and the couple settled in Englewood, Colorado. Mary and Chris moved to Imperial in August of 1981 and made Imperial their home for many years.
Mary was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Imperial. She was also a member of the St. Patrick Alter Society.
Mary passed away Tuesday morning, Dec. 24, 2019, at the Imperial Manor Nursing Home. She was 93 years of age.
She was preceded in death by her parents, great-grandson, Michael; 7 brothers, 3 sisters; daughter-in-law, Linda and Jeanie.
Survivors include sons Mike (Cheryl) Dreiling of Imperial, Raymond (Karen) Dreiling of Quitman, Texas, Paul (Debbie) Dreiling of Lubbock, Texas, Carl (Marie) Dreiling of Ft. Lupton, Colorado; daughters, Roseanne Koenig of Littleton, Colorado, Rita (Tim) Jones of Yantis, Texas, Mary Beth (Ron) Harding of Holyoke, Colorado; 20 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; brother Leo (Mary Jane) Stadler of Brighton, Colorado.
A rosary was recited on Saturday morning, Dec. 28, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at the St. Patrick Catholic Church of Imperial (before services).
Funeral Mass was held Saturday morning, Dec. 28, 2019, 11:30 a.m. at the St. Patrick Catholic Church of Imperial, with Father Lothar Gilde celebrating. Interment followed at Mount Hope Cemetery, Imperial.
Visitation was held Friday afternoon, Dec. 27, 2019 at the funeral home in Imperial.
A memorial has been suggested to the St. Patrick Catholic Church of Imperial.
