Jacqueline E. McBride

Jacqueline Elaine McBride was born Nov. 13, 1946, in Imperial, Nebraska, to James E. and Elzie M. (Cline) McBride.
As a young lady Jacqueline attended school in Dundy County, graduating from Sunny Slope, District 64, in 1964. She then attended college for a short time before becoming employed in electronics assembly for Martin-Marietta Company.
Jacqueline resided in several different communities in Colorado including Colorado Springs, Aurora, Byers and Bennett. She returned to Wauneta to be near family and friends and has made Wauneta her home since.
Jacqueline enjoyed crocheting, reading, driving the countryside and spending time out of doors at local lakes and parks.
Jacqueline passed away Friday, July 5, 2019, at the Wauneta Care and Therapy Center in Wauneta, Nebraska. She was 72 years of age.
Survivors include brothers Harvey (Bud) McBride of Imperial, Jerald McBride of Wauneta; sister Nancy Leroux of Byers, Colorado; nieces and nephews John (Patty) Budnella, Anthony (Trish) Budnella, James (Brenda) Budnella, Tiffany McBride, Melissa McBride, Deetta (William) Gray and Judy Russell.
Jacqueline is preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary Ellen Budnella, brother-in-law Duane Leroux and nephew Andrew Leroux
Graveside inurnment services will be held Saturday, July 27, 10 a.m. at the Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, with Rev. Gary Hunt officiating.
No visitation, Jacqueline chose cremation.
