Death notice: William ‘Bill’ Sharp

Longtime resident of Imperial passed away Monday, May 25, 2020, at the Great Plains Health Hospital in North Platte, NE. Bill was 91 years of age.
Survivors include wife June of Imperial; daughters: Susan Wilson and husband, James, of Nixa, Missouri, Cynthia Quinto and husband, Terry, of Sugarland, Texas, Connie Jenkins and husband, Steve, of St. Francis, Kansas, Denise Praski and husband Chester, of Ogallala; 14 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother Robert Sharp of Ankeny, Iowa; sister Diane Peterson and husband, John, of Battle Lake, Minnesota.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 30, 1 p.m. at the Imperial Bible Church, Imperial, with Pastor Robby Clay officiating .Interment with full military honors will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Imperial.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 29, 2 to 6 p.m. at the Liewer Funeral Home in Imperial.
A memorial has been suggested to the Sharp Family for a future designation.
