Death notice: Wilford Tomky

Longtime resident of the Lamar, Nebraska, area passed away Saturday morning, Nov. 30, 2019, a the Wauneta Care and Therapy Center in Wauneta. Wilford was 86 years of age.
Survivors include sons Jim (Mary) Tomky of Amherst, Colorado, Bill (Chris) Tomky of Lamar; daughter Susan (Larry) Castle of Imperial; son Ken (Janet) Tomky of Lamar; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Holyoke, Colorado.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Monday, Dec. 9, 2019, 10:30 a.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Holyoke, Colorado, with Father Jerry Rohr and Father Bernard Lorenz celebrating. Interment will follow at the Green Lawn Cemetery, rural Lamar.
Visitation will be held Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019, from 2-6 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Holyoke, Colorado.
A memorial has been suggested to the St. Patrick’s Catholic of Holyoke, Colorado.
