Death Notice: Lowell Nesbitt

Lowell Nesbitt, a longtime resident of Imperial, Nebraska, passed away late Saturday evening, Feb. 2, 2019 at the Imperial Manor Nursing Home. He was 88 years of age.
Survivors include sons, Mike (Marcy) Nesbitt of Imperial, Pat Nesbitt of Imperial; daughter, Lori (Kelly) Beard of Imperial; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Oliver (Katie) Nesbitt of Lincoln; brothers-in-law, Clarence (Mary Ann) Hebda of Lincoln, Raymond (Betty) Hebda of Silver Creek.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Friday, February 8 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Imperial with Father Lothar Gilde leading.
A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Imperial with Father Bernard Lorenz celebrating. Interment will follow services in Mount Hope Cemetery, Imperial.
Visitation will be Friday, February 8, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home in Imperial.
A memorial has been established to Community Healthcare and Hospice of McCook.
